Viewing My Statement & Making Payments
To View Your Statement:
This is a transaction-based receipt once your card is successfully charged. Tax receipts will be emailed following the auction.
1. Click on the Profile Icon in the upper right-hand corner
2. Then select My Statement from the drop-down.
3. This will bring up your Statement including your profile info, bid number, and all of your financial contributions at this time. These items will be split up based on items won, donations, and items purchased. Any necessary fees or taxes will be included in this statement.
4. To make a Manual Payment, click the Enter Payment button on your screen. *** Contact the organization directly if you wish to pay via cash or check directly. **It is important to note that you do not need to complete a manual payment, the organization will charge your card on file for any outstanding charges after the close of the event.
5. In the Payment Pop up will be able to process a payment towards your balance due at any time.
6. Choose the Card you would like to use. To add additional credit cards, visit the Adding/Removing Credit Cards Article.
7. And the Amount you would like to pay. You can make Full or Partial payments.
8. Then click the Pay Now Button to complete the transaction.
**If you would like to split a payment between two or more cards, just click on the first card you would like to use then enter the amount you would like on that card, complete the transaction by clicking the Pay Now button, then do the same for the other cards you would like to use.
