Reservation/Sponsorship Purchase Page
On this page you will be able to make pre-event purchases such as:
- Reservations
- Sponsorships
- Buy Now Items
- Make Donations
To purchase any of these items choose the quantity you would like from the drop down menu on the left hand side of the package you would like to purchase, then click Continue.
- First choose is this is a business or person. If a person you will also be asked if you will be attending, using this ticket or one of the tickets purchased, if you say yes it will carry over this information to the guest info page..
- Then fill out the demographic information in the form.
- When finished click on Continue
Once you click on Continue, you will be taken to the Guest Information page. There will be one of these for each ticket purchase or part of the purchase. On this page you will see Guest #1 requested information forms:
If you purchased:
Reservation/Sponsorship:
- Once you complete the purchaser info page
- You will be asked to fill out a form for each guest that you have purchased a reservation for. ***If you are unsure of who will be using this ticket you can click the Guest TBD box at the top of the form, you will be sent an email with instruction on how to return to update your guest list if needed. The first form will be filled out with the purchaser info if "I will be attending" was chosen on the last page.
- Once you finish the guest forms you will then fill out the Credit Card info for the card you would like to use to make this purchase.
- Click the submit button.
**If you are purchasing a ticket for yourself you may be given the option to go ahead a pre-register for the bidding site at this time.
Buy Now item:
- Once you complete the purchaser info page.
- You will see a form to fill out the Credit Card info for the card you would like to use to make this purchase.
- Click the submit button.
**You will see a statement at the bottom of the credit card form showing you what charges will be applied to your card at submission.
For Ticketed only events, you will be required to first purchase a ticket before being able to view the event. Once you have purchased a ticket you will be sent either by text or email a personalized access link for the event. The Organization will send these out when the auction/event is ready to open.
