Guest Attendance Report
The Guest Attendance Report allows you to generate a list of guests who attended your event or those who did not attend (No-Shows). You can also include additional guest information to help with follow-up, attendance tracking, or post-event reporting.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Guest Reports → Guest Attendance Report.

In the Guest Attendance Report Popup
Use the popup to customize the Guest Attendance Report before generating it.

1. Choose Which Guests to Include
Select one of the following report options:
- Attended Event – Generates a report of guests who checked in and attended the event.
- Did Not Attend (No-Shows) – Generates a report of guests who did not attend the event.
💡 Good to Know: The Did Not Attend option is useful for following up with guests who were unable to attend or for reviewing attendance after your event.
2. Select Additional Columns
Choose any additional information you would like included in the report.
Available options include:
- Table Name
- Table Number
- Ticket Level
- Guest Email
💡 Good to Know: Only the fields you select will be added to the report, allowing you to customize the information displayed.
3. Review the Guest Attendance Report
The report includes:
- Guest Name
- Bid Number
- Table Name (if selected)
- Table Number (if selected)
- Ticket Level (if selected)
- Guest Email (if selected)
- Purchaser
- Total Number of Guests Included in the Report
💡 Good to Know: The report displays a total attendee count at the bottom, making it easy to verify your final attendance numbers.
4. Print or Export the Report
After generating the report, you can choose to:
- Download as PDF
- Download as Excel
- Print the report
💡 Good to Know: The Excel version is ideal for sorting, filtering, or using attendance information outside of MaxGiving.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
