Post Event Guest Attendance Report

      The Guest Attendance Report is a great tool to show you all of your constituents and whether they attended the event or did not attend the event.  It is important to remember, this is decided by whether the guest was checked in or not.

      1.  To navigate to this report, visit the Reports section of your dashboard menu, select Post Event Reports > Guest Attendance Reports.

        Once you select Guest Attendance Report, you will then select from two options; Attended Event or Did Not Attend (No-Shows) depending on what data point you want to examine and Print.  The report opens in PDF format in a new window.  IMPORTANT ensure you do not have a pop up blocker enabled on your browser (Helpful Article for disabling a pop up blocker on most browsers).

      1. The report will show Guest Name, Bid #, Table Name, Table # and Purchaser. Examples of both versions of the report pictured below.
