Entrée Reports

Entrée Reports help you review guest meal selections before your event. Use these reports to provide meal counts to your caterer or view individual guest entrée selections.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Guest Resources → Entrée Reports or Reports → Guest Record → Entrée Reports.


In the Entrée Reports Popup

The Entrée Reports popup includes two report options:

  • Entrée Order Report
  • Detailed Entree report by Entree

Entrée Order Report

The Entrée Order Report provides a summary of how many guests selected each entrée.

  1. Select Entrée Order Report.
  2. Click Print.

The report displays:

    • Entrée Name
    • Quantity Ordered for each entrée

💡 Good to Know: This report is ideal for providing your caterer with final meal counts.

Detailed Entree Report by Entree

The Entrée Report by Guest lists each guest along with their entrée selection.

  1. Select Detailed Entree Report by Entree.
  2. (Optional) Enable Page Break Between Entrées to print each entrée category on its own page.
  3. Click Print.

The report includes:

    • Guests with no entrée selected
    • Each Entree Option and the guest who have chosen it.

For each entrée category, the report displays:

    • Guest Name
    • Bid Number
    • Table Number

💡 Good to Know: This report is helpful for verifying guest meal selections and identifying guests who still need to choose an entrée.

After generating either Entrée Report, you can:

  • Print the report.
  • Download the report as:
    • PDF
    • Excel

💡 Good to Know: The Excel version is useful for sorting guest information, while the PDF version is ideal for printing or sharing with your caterer.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
