Entrée Report
Use the Entrée Reports to view guest meal selections and provide your caterer with an accurate count of each entrée choice.
💡 Good to Know: There are two different Entrée Reports available depending on whether you need meal counts or individual guest selections.
Access the Entrée Report

- Go to Reports
- Select Event Resources
- Click Entrée Report
- In the popup choose the report you would like to generate

Entrée Order Report

Use this report when your caterer needs a count of each entrée selected.
The report displays:
- Entrée
- Lists all entrée options created in the system
- Qty Ordered
- Displays the total quantity selected for each entrée
- Export and Print Options
- Select the printer icon to print the report
- Select the Buttons in top right to download and save the report in excel or PDF
💡 Good to Know: This is typically the report provided to your caterer because it summarizes meal counts without listing individual guests.
Entrée Report by Guest

Use this report when you need to see each guest's meal selection.
The report displays:
- Guest Name
- Bid Number
- Entrée Selection
- Company Name (if the reservation was purchased by a company)
- The report will also identify guests who have not selected an entrée at the top.
- Export and Print Options
- Select the printer icon to print the report
- Select the Buttons in top right to download and save the report in excel or PDF
💡 Good to Know: This report is helpful when following up with guests who have not yet selected an entrée.
⚠️ Important: Guests will only appear with an entrée selection if an entrée has been assigned to their reservation and/or completed by the guest.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
