Entree Report

Using the Dashboard menu select Event Resources under Reports

Choose Entree Report

A.  Entree Order Report - this is a nice report to give to the caterer for your total count.

1. Entree - will list all entrees created in the system

2. Qty Ordered - gives a total count per level of Entree

3.  If you choose the arrow pointed downwards you can download and save file for emailing or printing later, or you can choose the printer to print.

B.  Entree Report by Guest - will show all guests and their entree selection, it will also show you who does not have an entree selection

1. Entree - Shows Entree selection

2. Guest Name

3. Bid #

4. Entree

5. Company Name if purchased by a company

6.  If you choose the arrow pointed downwards you can download and save file for emailing or printing later, or you can choose the printer to print.
