Donation Recording Worksheets

Donation Recording Worksheets provide an easy way to record Fund-a-Need, Paddle Raise, and other live donation appeals during your event. You can generate worksheets for all donation levels or for a single donation level at a time.

In the Donation Worksheets Popup

Use the popup to configure the worksheet before printing.

1. Choose one of the following options:

• Print Worksheets for All Donation Levels
• Print Worksheets for One Donation Level

💡 Good to Know: Printing a worksheet for a single donation level is helpful when you need multiple recording sheets for one giving level.

2. Configure the Worksheet

If printing All Donation Levels, choose how you would like the worksheets printed:

• One donation level per page
• Multiple donation levels on one page

If printing One Donation Level:

• Select the donation level from the drop-down menu.

3. Choose to include Running Total Option by checking or unchecking the box

• The Running Total option adds a running total to each entry on the worksheet.

💡 Good to Know: Running Totals are especially useful during Fund-a-Need or Paddle Raise presentations.

4. Print the Worksheet

• Click Print.
• Review the worksheet.
• Print the worksheet or download it as a PDF.

⚠️ Important: Review your donation levels before printing to ensure the correct worksheet configuration is selected.

How to Print This Guide

1. Right-click on the image of the guide
2. Select Save Image As…
3. Save the file to your computer
4. Open the saved image
5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
