Item Labels

Auction Item Labels make it easy to identify and organize auction items during your event. Use these labels to assist with item tracking, display setup, and item pickup at checkout.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Auction Resources →  Item Labels. The labels are designed for Avery 5160 label sheets.

Select the group of items you would like to print labels for from the dropdown.

  • Available options include:

💡 Good to Know: Printing only Catalog Items or Packages allows you to print labels for specific items types without generating labels for your entire auction.

2. Choose the Sort Order

Select how the labels should be sorted by from the dropdown.

  • Available options include:
    • Catalog Number
    • Procurement Number

5. Select the Font Size

Choose the font size for the printing on the labels.

  • Available options include:
    • 8 Point (Default)
    • 10 Point

💡 Good to Know: Use the larger font size when labels need to be easier to read from a distance.

6. Print the Labels

    • Click Print.
    • Review the print preview.
    • Print the labels or download them as a PDF.

⚠️ Important: Make sure your printer is set to Scale: Default before printing. Using other scaling options, such as fit to page, may cause the labels to print incorrectly.
