Donation Presentation Screen

The Donation Presentation Screen displays donations in real time during your event, making it easy to recognize donors and showcase fundraising progress. This screen can be shared with your AV team for display on projectors, TVs, or other presentation screens.

💡 Good to Know: The Donation Presentation Screen can be found under Resources → Event Resources → Donation Presentation Screen.

Open the Donation Presentation Screen

1. Go to Resources.
2. Under Event Resources, select Donation Presentation Screen.

💡 Good to Know: Selecting this option opens the Donation Presentation Screen in a new browser tab.

Share the Presentation Screen

1. Copy the URL from the browser's address bar.
2. Send the URL to your AV team or open it on the device that will display the presentation.

💡 Good to Know: The Donation Presentation Screen is URL-based and can be displayed on any device with internet access, including projectors, TVs, and presentation computers.

Display Live Donations

As donations are received during your event:

• A popup displays the donor's name and donation amount.
• The donor is automatically added to the donation list displayed on the screen.
• The display updates automatically as new donations are made.

💡 Good to Know: No manual refresh is required. The presentation screen updates automatically throughout your event.

How to Print This Guide

1. Right-click on the image of the guide
2. Select Save Image As…
3. Save the file to your computer
4. Open the saved image
5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
