Auction Item Table Display Design
The Table Display Designer allows you to customize the appearance of your printed auction item displays. You can choose which information is displayed, arrange the layout, adjust fonts and colors, and preview your design before printing.
💡 Good to Know: Table Display Design can be be accessed from Auction Settings → Table Display Design or Resources → Auction Resources → Table Display Design.
Open the Table Display Designer
You can access the Table Display Designer from either:
Option 1 – Auction Settings

- Go to Auction Settings.
- Select the Table Display Design tab.
Option 2 – Resources

- Go to Resources.
- Under Auction Resources, select Table Display Design.
Unsaved Changes
When changes are made, an Unsaved Changes message will appear.

Customizing Table Displays

1. Set the Page Orientation
- Choose Portrait or Landscape.
- The preview updates automatically to reflect your selection.
2. Add Table Display Elements (Left Panel)
- Drag elements from the left panel into the preview area.
- Arrange the elements where you want them.
Available elements include:

- Event
- Event Banner
- Event Name
- QR Code
- Item Classification
- Auction Type
- Item Category
- Catalog Number
- Fair Market Value
- Item Images
- Item Photo (Large)
- Item Carousel (Small)
- Item Details
- Item Name
- Donor Name
- Item Description
- Item Restrictions
💡 Good to Know:
- Elements can be added, removed, or rearranged at any time.
- Not every element needs to be included.
- QR Codes provide guests with direct access to the item's bidding page.
3. Customize the Preview Layout (Center Panel)

- Drag elements to change their position.
- Drag elements off the preview to remove them.
- Click any element to edit its properties.
💡 Good to Know: The preview updates automatically as changes are made.
4. Edit Element Properties (Right Panel)

When an element is selected, the Element Properties panel opens on the right.
- Position & Layout
- Row
- Order in Row
- Space After Row
- Width in Row
- Font Settings
- Font Size
- Alignment
- Font Weight
- Color
- Additional Options
- Prefix Text
💡 Good to Know:
- Available settings vary by element.
- Not every element includes every editing option.
5. Preview, Reset, and Save
Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to finalize your design.

- Preview Display: Opens a preview before printing.
- Reset to Default: Restores the original layout.
- Save: Saves all changes made to the design.
💡 Good to Know:
- Use Preview Display to verify your layout before printing.
- Styling changes apply only to the selected element.
⚠️ Important: Changes are not applied until you click Save. Be sure to save your work before leaving the page to avoid losing your customizations.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
