Custom Questions Reports
The Custom Questions Report allows you to review responses collected from registration questions, ticket questions, or both. Use this report to view guest responses, filter results, and summarize answers for planning and event management.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Guest Resources → Custom Questions Report.

In the Custom Questions Reports Popup

1. Select Question Types: Select Include Registration Questions, Include Ticket Questions, or both.
- Select Include Registration Questions, Include Ticket Questions, or both.
- Below the option will display if there are any question configured for this type.
- Next to the option it will shows how many responses exist for this question type.
💡 Good to Know: If no questions have been created for a category, the report will indicate there are no Registration Questions or Ticket Questions available.
2. Configure Report Filters: Use the dropdowns to make your selections.
- Choose how to filter the report:
- All Guests
- All Tickets with Questions
- Individual Questions
- Choose how to sort the report:
- Guest Name
- Bid Number
- Enable Count Answers if you would like a summary of responses at the end of the report.
- When Count Answers is enabled, the report adds a summary of each response.
💡 Good to Know: This feature eliminates the need to manually count responses.
4. Generate the Report
- Click Generate PDF Report.
- In print pop up you can Not only print but you can also Download the report as:
- Excel
💡 Good to Know: Excel is ideal for sorting and filtering data, while PDF is best for printing or sharing.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
