Item Sales Table Displays

Item Sales Table Displays create professional signs for your Items for Sale. Customize the layout, formatting, and information displayed before printing to create attractive table displays for your event.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Item Sales Resources → Item Sales Table Displays.


In the Item Sales Table Displays Popup

Use the popup to customize the appearance of your Item Sales Table Displays before printing.

1. Choose Which Items to Print

  • Select All Items for Sale to generate table displays for every Item for Sale.
  • Select One Specific Item to generate a display for a single item.
    • If One Specific Item is selected, a second drop-down menu will appear allowing you to choose the item.

💡 Good to Know: Printing a single table display is helpful when reprinting or updating an individual item.

2. Select the Layout: Choose the layout for your table displays.

  • Orientation
    • Portrait
    • Landscape
  • Text Alignment
    • Left
    • Center
  • Displays Per Page
    • One
    • Two

💡 Good to Know: Landscape orientation with two columns is a great option when printing multiple smaller displays to save space on a table or attach to clipboard of those selling.

3. Choose What to Display: Select the information you would like included on each table display.

  • Available options include:
    • Exclude Image (default includes Image)
    • Include Description
    • Include QR Code
    • Exclude Fair Market Value
    • Include Restrictions
    • Include Donor Name

💡 Good to Know: By default, the Item Image and Fair Market Value are included unless you choose to exclude them.

4. Print the Table Displays

  • Click Print.
  • Review the generated table displays.
  • Print the completed displays.

⚠️ Important: Review each table display before printing to ensure the correct layout and item information are included.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
