Silent Auction Bid Sheets

Silent Auction Bid Sheets allow you to generate customizable bid sheets for your auction items. You can print bid sheets for all items or specific groups of items, customize the layout, and choose which item details appear on each sheet.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Auction Resources → Silent Auction Bid Sheets.


In the Silent Auction Bid Sheets Popup

Use the popup to customize which bid sheets you would like to print and what information should appear on each sheet. **See below for bid sheet samples.

1. Choose Which Items to Print

Select the items you would like to include:

    • All Items
    • Auction Type
    • Catalog Number or Catalog Number Range
    • Procurement Number or Procurement Number Range
    • Category

💡 Good to Know: When selecting Catalog Number or Procurement Number, you can enter the same number in both fields to print a single item or enter a range to print multiple items.

2. Configure the Print Layout

Choose how the bid sheets should be printed.

  • Orientation
    • Portrait
    • Landscape
  • Sheets Per Page
    • One bid sheet per page
    • Two bid sheets per page

💡 Good to Know: Printing two bid sheets per page can save paper and provides additional writing space around each bid sheet after cutting.

3. Choose What Information to Display

Select the information you would like included on each bid sheet.

  • Available options include:
    • Include Auction Type Closing Time
    • Include Description
    • Exclude Buy Now Price
    • Exclude Fair Market Value
    • Leave Bid Amounts Blank
    • Include Restrictions
    • Show Existing Bids
    • Print Winning Bid Sheet Copy

💡 Good to Know: Buy Now Price and Fair Market Value are included by default unless you choose to hide them.

💡 Good to Know: Show Existing Bids is useful when transitioning from online or mobile bidding to paper bidding, allowing the printed bid sheet to display the current highest bid.

💡 Good to Know: Print Winning Copy adds a printed page to put below each bid sheet where you can record Winning Bidder and Winning Amount

4. Include or Exclude Sold Items

Choose whether sold items should be included when printing bid sheets.

💡 Good to Know: Excluding sold items helps reduce unnecessary printing.

  1. Print the Bid Sheets

  • Click Print.
  • Review the bid sheets.
  • Print the bid sheets or download them as a PDF.

⚠️ Important: Review your print settings and selected options before printing to ensure the correct bid sheets are generated.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
