Silent Auction Table Displays

Silent Auction Table Displays allow you to create professional display sheets for your auction items. These displays can be customized for specific groups of items and printed for use on your auction tables.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Auction Resources → Silent Auction Table Displays.


In the Silent Auction Table Displays Popup

Use the popup to choose which auction items you would like to create table displays for.

1. Choose Which Items to Include

Select the items you would like to generate table displays for.

  • Available options include:
    • All Items
    • Auction Type
    • Catalog Number or Catalog Number Range
    • Procurement Number or Procurement Number Range
    • Category

💡 Good to Know: When selecting Catalog Number or Procurement Number, you can enter the same number in both fields to print a single item or enter a range to generate displays for multiple items.

2. Include or Exclude Sold Items

Choose whether sold items should be included when generating table displays by checking or unchecking the box.

💡 Good to Know: Excluding sold items helps reduce unnecessary printing and keeps your table displays current.

3. Generate the Table Displays

  • Click Print.
  • Review the generated table displays.
  • Print the displays or download them as a PDF.

Customize the Display Design

If you would like to customize the appearance of your table displays:

    • Click Display Designer.
    • This will take you to the Display Designer where you can modify the layout and design of your table displays.
    • Save your changes.
    • Return to the Silent Auction Table Displays and regenerate your displays.

💡 Good to Know: Changes made in the Display Designer are applied to all future Auction Table Displays until they are updated again.

⚠️ Important: Review your display design before printing a full set to ensure the layout and information appear as expected.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
