Live Auction Recording Worksheets
Live Auction Recording Sheets provide an easy way to record winning bidders during your live auction. Choose the worksheet that best fits your event workflow, whether you prefer one sheet per item with signatures or one consolidated runner worksheet.

In the Live Auction Recording Sheets Popup
The Live Auction Recording Sheets popup includes two worksheet options:
- Live Auction Items Signature Worksheets
- Live Auction Runner Worksheet
Live Auction Items Signature Worksheets
Signature Worksheets print one auction item per page and include a signature line for the winning bidder.

1. Choose Which Items to Include
Select the items you would like to print.
- Available options include:
- All Items
- Auction Type
- Catalog Number or Catalog Number Range
- Procurement Number or Procurement Number Range
- Category
💡 Good to Know: When selecting Catalog Number or Procurement Number, you can enter the same number in both fields to print a single item or enter a range to print multiple items.
2. Configure the Worksheet
- Choose whether to include:
- Description
- Restrictions
- Sold Items
- Choose whether sold items should be included when printing bid sheets.
💡 Good to Know: Excluding sold items can reduce unnecessary printing, and descriptions or restrictions may not be needed if they are announced during the live auction.
3. Print the Worksheet
- Click Print.
- Review the worksheet.
- Print the worksheet or download it as a PDF.
💡 Good to Know: Signature Worksheets are ideal when you want to verify the winning bid, ask follow-up questions, or collect the winning bidder's signature.
Live Auction Runner Worksheet
The Runner Worksheet prints all selected live auction items on a single worksheet for quick recording during the auction.

1. Choose Which Items to Include
Select the items you would like to include.
- Available options include:
- All Items
- Auction Type
- Catalog Number or Catalog Number Range
- Procurement Number or Procurement Number Range
- Category
2. Configure the Worksheet
Choose whether to include sold items when printing bid sheets.
💡 Good to Know: The Runner Worksheet is ideal when one person is recording all winning bids and returning a single worksheet to the Data Entry Center.
3. Print the Worksheet
- Click Print.
- Review the worksheet.
- Print the worksheet or download it as a PDF.
Recorder Information
Both worksheet types include a line for the name of the person recording the auction results.
⚠️ Important: Be sure the recorder signs or prints their name on the worksheet for accountability and future reference.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
