Print/Email All Statements

The Print/Email All Statements tool allows you to send or print statements in bulk for your event. You can choose between Pre-Event Statements and Event Statements, then either email them directly to guests or generate a PDF for printing.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → After Event Resources → Print or Email All Statements.


In the Print/Email All Statements Popup

The Print or Email All Statements popup includes two statement types:

    • Pre-Event Statements
    • Event Statements

After selecting the statement type, choose whether you would like to:

    • Email the statements
    • Print the statements

Generate printable PDF statements.

1. Select the Group of Guests

Choose which statements you would like to generate.

Available options include:

    • All Pre-Event Statements
    • Donors with Donations
    • Donors with Sponsorships
    • Donors with Balance Due
    • Donors with Zero Dollar Balance Due
    • Event Attendees (Checked In)
    • Businesses Only
    • Donors with an Event Ticket

💡 Good to Know: These filters make it easy to generate statements for only the guests you need.


  1. . Generate the PDF

  2. Popup to save to computer.

    • Print or view the statements as needed.

💡 Good to Know: Printing creates a PDF that can be saved for future use or printed right away.


Email Statements

Email statements directly to your guests.

1. Customize the Email

The email editor will open, allowing you to:

    • Edit the subject line.
    • Customize the email message.
    • Review the recipients before sending.

💡 Good to Know: The email editor uses your configured Statement Design settings, including any statement attachments you've added.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
