Combined Receipt
The Combined Receipt report generates a single receipt that combines both Pre-Event and Event activity for your guests. It provides a convenient summary of purchases and payments in one document and can be printed or downloaded for your records.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → After Event Resources → Combined Receipt.

In the Combined Receipt Popup
Use the popup to choose how the receipt should be generated and which guests to include.

1. Choose the Report Mode
Select how you would like the receipts to be grouped.
Available options include:
- Report Couples Together
- Report as Individuals
💡 Good to Know: Reporting couples together combines both guests onto one receipt, while reporting as individuals creates a separate receipt for each guest.
2. Choose Which Guests to Include
Select one of the following groups:
- All Purchasers
- Specific Donor
- All with Balance Due
- All Paid in Full
💡 Good to Know: Selecting Specific Donor displays a drop-down list of existing donors, allowing you to generate a receipt for a single guest.
3. Select Additional Information
Choose whether to include any of the following on the receipt:
- Bid Number
- Table Number
- Table Name
💡 Good to Know: Including table information can be helpful when referencing guest seating or event records.
4. Generate the Combined Receipt
- Click Generate Statement.
- The Combined Receipt print screen will open.
The receipt includes:
- Pre-Event activity
- Event activity
- Purchases
- Payments
💡 Good to Know: The receipt displays Pre-Event activity first, followed by Event activity, providing a complete summary in one document.
5. Print or Download the Receipt
[After the receipt has been generated, choose one of the following options:
- Download
⚠️ Important: The Combined Receipt is not an IRS-compliant statement. It is intended as a convenience report that summarizes a guest's purchases and payments from both Pre-Event and Event activities.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
