Golfer Labels
The Golfer Labels report allows you to generate customizable labels for golfers attending your tournament. Labels can include golfer information, tournament details, and seating information, making them ideal for golfer check-in, golfer cards, bid cards, and other tournament materials.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Golf Resources → Golfer Labels. It is available only when the Golf Overlay has been added to your event.
⚠️ Important: Golf Resources and all golf-related reports are only available when the Golf Overlay has been added to your event. If you do not see Golf Resources, verify that the Golf Overlay has been enabled.

In the Golfer Labels Popup
Use the popup to customize the appearance and content of your golfer labels.

1. Choose the Label Format
Select how the golfer's name should appear.
Name Format
- First Name Last Name
- Last Name, First Name
Text Alignment
- Left
- Center
- Right
Font Size
- 8 pt (Default)
- 10 pt
💡 Good to Know: Larger font sizes are helpful when labels need to be easily read during golfer check-in.
2. Choose Label Content
Customize the information included on each label.
Options include:
- Combine couples on one label.
- Print separate labels for each golfer.
💡 Good to Know: Combining couples on one label reduces the total number of labels printed.
Golfer Labels are commonly used for:
- Golfer check-in
- Golfer cards
- Bid cards for arriving golfers
3. Select the Fields to Print
Choose which additional information to include.
Available fields include:
- Bid Number
- Table Name
- Table Number
- Tee
- RSVP Level
- Entree
- Team
Bold Formatting
- Golfer names are bold by default.
- Select additional fields if you would like them printed in bold.
💡 Good to Know: You can include up to four lines of information on each label. Table Name and Table Number share a single line and can be printed together.
4. Apply Formatting and Sorting
Choose how the labels should be formatted.
Sort Labels By
- Last Name
- Bid Number
- Team Name
💡 Good to Know: Sorting by Team Name is useful when organizing labels for golfer registration or tournament check-in.
5. Print the Labels
- Click Print.
- Print the labels using Avery 5160 label sheets.
⚠️ Important: In your printer settings, leave the print scale set to Default. Avoid using Fit to Page or other scaling options, as they may cause the labels to print incorrectly.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
