Team Report

The Team Report provides a printable overview of your golf tournament teams. It identifies golfers who have not yet been assigned to a team, shows each team's current hole assignment, and helps verify that all golfers have been placed correctly before tournament play begins.

💡 Good to Know: The Team Report can be found under Resources → Golf Resources → Team Report.

⚠️ Important: Golf Resources and all golf-related reports are only available when the Golf Overlay has been added to your event. If you do not see Golf Resources, verify that the Golf Overlay has been enabled.

The Team Report opens automatically as a printable report.

The Team Report displays:

    • Golfers who have not been assigned to a team.
    • Each golf team.
    • The hole assigned to each team.
    • The golfers assigned to each team.

💡 Good to Know: This report provides a quick overview of your team assignments, making it easy to identify golfers who still need to be placed on a team.


2. Review Hole Assignments

Use the report to verify that:

    • Every team has been assigned to a starting hole.
    • Each golfer appears on the correct team.
    • Team assignments are complete.

💡 Good to Know: The report also identifies teams that have not yet been assigned to a hole, allowing you to complete your tournament setup before play begins.


3. Print or Download the Team Report

After reviewing the report, you can:

    • Download the Team Report to email it.
    • Print a hard copy for tournament staff and volunteers.

💡 Good to Know: The Team Report is especially helpful during golfer check-in and final lineup verification before sending the tournament information to the golf course.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
