Golfer Lists

The Golfer Lists report provides two export options to help manage your golf tournament participants. Export an Excel Golfer List for sorting, editing, or mail merges, or generate a PDF Golfer Check-In Worksheet for use during golfer registration and tournament check-in.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Resources → Golf Resources → Golfer Lists.

⚠️ Important: Golf Resources and all golf-related reports are only available when the Golf Overlay has been added to your event. If you do not see Golf Resources, verify that the Golf Overlay has been enabled.


In the Excel Golfer List Popup

The Golfer Lists popup includes two export options:

  • Excel Golfer List
  • PDF Golfer Check-In Worksheet

Excel Golfer List

Generate an Excel spreadsheet containing your golfer information.

1. Select the Fields to Include

Choose which golfer information you would like to export.

Available fields include:

    • Bid Number
    • Table Name
    • Table Number
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Address
    • Online Bidding
    • Tee
    • Handicap
    • RSVP Level
    • Entree
    • Spouse/Partner
    • Ticket Purchaser
    • Credit Card on File
    • Notes
    • Team or Cart

2. Generate the Excel File

  1. Click Print.
  2. The golfer list opens as an Excel spreadsheet.

💡 Good to Know: The Excel Golfer List is ideal for:

    • Mail merges
    • Building contact lists
    • Sorting and organizing golfer information
    • Creating custom reports

PDF Golfer Check-In Worksheet

Generate a printable golfer check-in worksheet.

1. Select the Name Format

Choose how golfer names should appear.

Available options include:

    • First Name, Last Name
    • Last Name, First Name

2. Select the Fields to Include

Choose which information to display on the check-in worksheet.

Available fields include:

    • Bid Number
    • Table Name
    • Table Number
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Tee
    • Handicap
    • RSVP Level
    • Entree
    • Spouse/Partner
    • Ticket Purchaser
    • Team or Cart

3. Generate the PDF

  1. Click Print.
  2. Review the generated PDF.
  3. Download or print the worksheet.

💡 Good to Know: The PDF Golfer Check-In Worksheet is useful when:

    • You are not using electronic golfer check-in.
    • You want a printed backup for tournament registration.
    • Volunteers need a paper roster to verify golfer information during check-in.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
