Guest Contributions by Table

The Contribution Report by Table summarizes donations and contributions by table, making it easy to compare fundraising totals across your event. The report displays each guest's contribution, table totals, and the overall contribution amount for every table.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Guest Reports → Contribution Report by Table.


In the Contribution Report by Table Popup

The Contribution Report by Table popup contains one report option:

  • Contribution Report by Table

Click Print to generate the report.


Review the Contribution Report

The report is organized by table and displays contribution information for each guest.

The report includes:

    • Table Number or Table Name
    • Guest Name
    • Linked Guest
    • Total Contributions for Each Guest
    • Number of Donors / Total Seats at the Table
    • Overall Contribution Total for the Table

💡 Good to Know: Each table includes a subtotal showing the number of contributing guests, total seats assigned, and the combined contribution amount for that table.


Use of Report

Tables are listed in table number order, making it easy to compare fundraising results across your event.

Use this report to:

    • Compare total contributions by table.
    • Identify your highest contributing tables.
    • Review individual guest contributions.
    • Recognize fundraising performance by seating assignment.

💡 Good to Know: This report is especially helpful after your event when recognizing top-performing tables or evaluating table fundraising results.

After generating the report, you can choose to:

  • Download as PDF
  • Download as Excel
  • Print the report

💡 Good to Know: Exporting to Excel allows you to sort, filter, and further analyze contribution data outside of MaxGiving.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
