Donations Report by Level
The Donations Level Report provides two reporting options to help you review donation activity by giving level. Use the Donations Level Report for a summary of each donation level or the Donations Level Report Detail to view a guest-by-guest breakdown of donations within each level.

In the Donations Level Report Popup
The Donations Level Report popup includes two report options:
- Donations Level Report
- Donations Level Report Detail
Donations Level Report
The Donations Level Report provides a summary of donation activity by donation level.
The report includes:
- Donation Level Name
- Donation Amount
- Number of Donors
- Total Revenue for Each Donation Level
- Overall Totals
💡 Good to Know: This report provides a quick overview of how many donors selected each donation level and the total revenue generated from each level. It is useful for evaluating the success of your Fund-a-Need or Paddle Raise.
Donations Level Report Detail
The Donations Level Report Detail provides a detailed breakdown of every donor within each donation level.
Before generating the report, you can choose to include:
- Donor Address
- Donor Email
- Donor Phone Number
- Page Break Between Donation Levels
The report includes:
- Donation Level
- Guest Name
- Bid Number
- Quantity Purchased
- Donation Amount
- Total for Each Donation Level
💡 Good to Know: This report groups donors by donation level, making it easy to review individual donor participation while also displaying totals for each giving level.
Print or Export the Report
After generating either report, you can choose to:
- Download as PDF
- Download as Excel
- Print the report
💡 Good to Know: The Excel version is ideal for sorting, filtering, analyzing donor activity, or sharing donation information outside of MaxGiving.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
