Package Report
The Package Report provides a list of all auction packages along with the individual items included in each package. This report is useful for assembling baskets, verifying package contents, and confirming that all packaged items are grouped together correctly before your event.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Auction Reports → Package Report.

Review the Package Report
The Package Report opens automatically as a PDF preview.
Each package begins with a summary that includes:
- Catalog Number
- Procurement Number
- Item Category
- Package Name
- Fair Market Value (FMV)
- Donor
- Solicitor
- Certificate Status
💡 Good to Know: The package summary provides a quick overview before listing the individual items contained in the package.
Review the Items in Each Package
Below each package summary is a list of every item included in that package.
The item list includes:
- Catalog Number
- Procurement Number
- Item Name
- Fair Market Value (FMV)
- Donor
- Solicitor
- Certificate Status
💡 Good to Know: This makes it easy to verify that every item has been assigned to the correct package before your event.
Print or Export the Report
After opening the report, you can choose to:
- Download as PDF
- Download as Excel
- Print the report
💡 Good to Know: Exporting to Excel allows you to sort and filter package information outside of MaxGiving.

Use the Report for Package Assembly
This report is especially useful for:
- Building auction baskets
- Verifying package contents
- Confirming all package items are included
- Organizing packaged auction items before the event
- Assisting volunteers during package assembly and item setup

How to Print This Guide
