Online Item Donation Report

The Online Item Donations report provides two reporting options for reviewing items that have been donated through your event website. Use the Simple PDF for a quick summary or the Detailed Spreadsheet when you need complete donor and item information.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Auction Reports → Online Item Donations.

In the Online Item Donations Popup

The Online Item Donations popup includes two report options:

  • Simple PDF
  • Detailed Spreadsheet

Simple PDF

The Simple PDF provides a concise summary of online item donations.

The report includes:

    • Donor Name
    • Phone Number
    • Item Name
    • Fair Market Value (FMV)
    • Item Pickup Information

💡 Good to Know: This report is ideal when you need a quick reference of donated items and donor pickup instructions without additional donor details.

Detailed Spreadsheet

The Detailed Spreadsheet downloads as an Excel workbook and provides additional donor and item information.

The spreadsheet includes:

    • Donor Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • ZIP Code
    • Item Name
    • Fair Market Value (FMV)
    • Item Description
    • Item Restrictions
    • Item Pickup Information
    • Anonymous Status
    • Added to Auction Status
    • Record Creation Date and Time

💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for reviewing online donations, contacting donors, organizing item pickup, and preparing donated items for your auction.


After generating the report, you can choose to:

  • Download as PDF
  • Download as Excel
  • Print the report

💡 Good to Know: The Detailed Spreadsheet is ideal for sorting, filtering, and managing online donation information outside of MaxGiving.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
