Auction Item Yield Report

The Auction Item Yield Report provides two reporting options for comparing an item's selling price to its Fair Market Value (FMV). Use the Simple PDF Report for a quick overview or the Detailed Spreadsheet for additional auction item information and analysis.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Auction Reports → Auction Item Yield Report.


In the Auction Item Yield Report Popup

The Auction Item Yield Report popup includes two report options:

  • Auction Item Yield Simple PDF Report
  • Auction Item Yield Detailed Spreadsheet

Auction Item Yield Simple PDF Report

The Auction Item Yield Simple PDF Report provides a summary showing how each auction item performed compared to its Fair Market Value.

The report includes:

    • Catalog Number
    • Item Name
    • Fair Market Value (FMV)
    • Sold Price
    • Yield Percentage

💡 Good to Know: The Yield Percentage shows how much an item sold for compared to its Fair Market Value, making it easy to identify your highest-performing auction items.

Auction Item Yield Detailed Spreadsheet

The Auction Item Yield Detailed Spreadsheet downloads as an Excel workbook and includes the same yield information with additional auction item details.

The spreadsheet includes:

    • Catalog Number
    • Item Name
    • Auction Type
    • Item Category
    • Fair Market Value (FMV)
    • Sold Price
    • Yield Percentage

💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet format is ideal for sorting, filtering, and comparing item performance across auction types and categories.
