Auction Item Buy Now Report

The Auction Item Buy Now Report lists all auction items that were purchased using the Buy Now option. It provides a quick summary of Buy Now sales, including item details, Fair Market Value (FMV), Buy Now price, and overall sales totals.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Auction Reports → Auction Item Buy Now Report. The report opens automatically as a PDF when selected.

1. Review the Report

The report displays every auction item purchased using the Buy Now feature.

The report includes:

• Catalog Number
• Item Name
• Auction Type
• Item Category
• Fair Market Value (FMV)
• Buy Now Price

💡 Good to Know: Only items purchased using the Buy Now option appear on this report. Items won through standard bidding are not included.

2. Review the Report Totals

At the bottom of the report, you'll find summary totals for:

• Total Fair Market Value of all Buy Now items sold
• Total Buy Now Sales Amount

💡 Good to Know: These totals make it easy to compare the combined Fair Market Value of Buy Now items with the total revenue generated through Buy Now purchases.

3. Print or Export the Report

After generating the report, you can choose to:

• Download as PDF
• Download as Excel
• Print the report

💡 Good to Know: Exporting to Excel allows you to sort, filter, and analyze Buy Now sales outside of MaxGiving.

How to Print This Guide

1. Right-click on the image of the guide
2. Select Save Image As…
3. Save the file to your computer
4. Open the saved image
5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
