Item Bid Analysis Report

The Item Bid Analysis Report provides a summary of bidding activity for every auction item. It displays the number of bids placed, starting bid, winning bid amount, and Fair Market Value (FMV), making it easy to evaluate bidder engagement and identify your most popular auction items.

💡 Good to Know: The Bid Count shows how many bids were placed on each item, making it easy to identify which items generated the most bidder interest.

2. Understand the Results

Use the report to identify:

    • Items with the highest bidding activity.
    • Items that generated the most bidder engagement.
    • Items that received few or no bids.
    • Items that remain unsold because no winning bid amount is shown.

💡 Good to Know: If an item does not display a Winning Bid Amount, the item has not been sold. If your event uses traditional paper bid sheets, the report will typically show only one recorded bid per item.

3. Print or Export the Report
