Winning Bid Report

The Winning Bid Report provides two reporting options for reviewing auction winners after your event. Use the Simple PDF for a quick summary of winning bids or the Detailed Spreadsheet for complete winner and contact information.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Auction Reports → Winning Bid Report.


In the Winning Bid Report Popup

The Winning Bid Report popup includes two report options:

  • Simple PDF
  • Detailed Spreadsheet

Simple PDF

The Simple PDF provides a concise summary of winning auction bids.

The report includes:

    • Catalog Number
    • Item Name
    • Bid Number
    • Winning Bidder
    • Winning Bid Amount

💡 Good to Know: This report is ideal for quickly reviewing auction winners, verifying winning bids, or assisting with item pickup.

Detailed Spreadsheet

The Detailed Spreadsheet downloads as an Excel workbook and includes additional winner and contact information.

The spreadsheet includes:

    • Auction Type
    • Catalog Number
    • Item Name
    • Fair Market Value (FMV)
    • Winning Bid Number
    • Winning Bid Amount
    • Winning Bidder
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • ZIP Code

💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting winner information, creating mail merges for thank-you letters, and exporting winner data for additional reporting.

After generating the report, you can choose to:

  • Download as PDF
  • Download as Excel
  • Print the report

💡 Good to Know: The PDF is ideal for item pickup and quick reference, while the Excel version provides sortable data for follow-up communications and reporting.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
