Payment Processing by Date
The Payment Processing by Date report provides a summary of payment activity processed through your merchant account, organized by processing date. Use this report to review daily payment batches, verify processed credit card transactions, and reconcile merchant deposits.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports > Financial Reports > Payment Processing by Date.

In the Payment Processing by Date Popup
When opening the report, you can choose one of the following options:

- All – Includes all payment activity for the event.
- Date Range – Generates the report for payments processed within a specified date range.
Click Submit to generate the report.
1. Review the Report
The report includes:
- Payment activity organized by processing date.
- Daily transaction totals.
- Cardholder name.
- Payment amount.
- Payment method.
- Masked card number.
- Authorization code.
- Daily subtotals for processed transactions.
💡 Good to Know: Transactions are grouped by processing date, making it easy to review daily payment activity and merchant batches.
2. Use the Report
Use this report to:
- Review daily payment activity.
- Verify credit card transactions processed through your merchant account.
- Compare payment activity with merchant deposits.
- Reconcile daily payment batches.
- Research processed payment transactions.
- Confirm authorization information for individual transactions.
💡 Good to Know: This report is commonly used to match daily merchant deposits with the transactions included in each deposit.
3. Print or Export the Report
After generating the report, you can choose to:
- Download PDF
- Download Excel
💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting, filtering, and reconciling payment activity. The PDF version is ideal for printing, saving, or sharing transaction summaries.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
