Donor Contribution Summary

The Donor Contribution Summary report provides a contribution breakdown for each donor across every area of your event. Use this report to review donor giving, analyze contribution totals by category, and export donor contribution data for reporting or reconciliation. This report opens directly in the PDF viewer. There are no report options before it opens.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports > Donation Reports > Donor Contribution Summary.


Review the Report

The report includes:

    • Last Name / Company
    • First Name
    • Bid Number
    • Auction Total*
    • Donations
    • Item Sales*
    • Tickets
    • Sponsorships
    • Total Event Amount
    • Support Fee
    • Taxes

💡 Good to Know: The columns marked with an asterisk (*) may include a Buyer's Premium if one has been configured for your event.

Use the Report

Use this report to:

    • Review each donor's total event contributions.
    • Compare giving across auctions, donations, item sales, tickets, and sponsorships.
    • Analyze donor giving by contribution category.
    • Export donor contribution totals to another database or CRM.
    • Verify donor totals for reporting and reconciliation.
    • Review support fees and taxes collected for each donor.

💡 Good to Know: This report provides a convenient summary of each donor's overall event participation and financial contributions.


After generating the report, you can choose to:

  • Download PDF
  • Download Excel
  • Print

💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting, filtering, and importing donor contribution data into other systems. The PDF version is ideal for printing, sharing, or reviewing donor contribution summaries.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
