Balances Due Report
The Balances Due Report provides two report views to help you track outstanding balances before and during your event. Use these reports to identify guests with unpaid balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage event receivables.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports > Financial Reports > Balances Due.

In the Balances Due Report Popup
When opening the report, you can choose one of the following options:

- Pre-Event Balances Due – Displays outstanding balances before the event.
- Event Balances Due – Displays outstanding balances during or after the event, including event-specific payment details.
Click Print to generate the selected report.
Pre-Event Balances Due
The report includes:
- Last Name / Company Name
- First Name
- Email Address
- Remaining Balance
- Total outstanding balances
💡 Good to Know: This report is designed for tracking unpaid ticket, sponsorship, or registration balances before your event.
Event Balances Due
The report includes:
- Last Name / Company Name
- First Name
- Bid Number
- Email Address
- Admin Fee Accepted
- Remaining Balance
- Balance Due Plus Fees
- Total outstanding balances
💡 Good to Know: This report includes additional event-specific information, including Bid Numbers and administrative fee details.
Use the Report
Use this report to:
- Identify guests with outstanding balances.
- Contact guests regarding unpaid balances.
- Track payments before and after your event.
- Review remaining balances before closing your event.
- Verify balances due, including administrative fees when applicable.
- Monitor outstanding receivables during post-event reconciliation.
💡 Good to Know: The Pre-Event Balances Due report is ideal for collecting outstanding registration payments before your event. The Event Balances Due report is commonly used after checkout to identify guests who still have unpaid balances.
Print or Export the Report
After generating the report, you can choose to:
- Download PDF
- Download Excel
💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting, filtering, and tracking outstanding balances. The PDF version is ideal for printing, emailing, or sharing balance information with your team.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
