Payment Transactions Report
The Payment Transactions Report provides a detailed record of payment transactions processed through your event. Use this report to review payment activity, verify transactions, and reconcile deposits with your merchant account.
💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports > Financial Reports > Payment Transactions Report.

In the Payment Transactions Report Popup
When opening the report, you can choose one of the following options:

- All Transactions – Includes every payment transaction recorded for the event.
- Select Date Range – Limits the report to transactions within a specified date range.
Click Submit to generate the report.
All Transactions
The report includes:
- Bidder Name
- Bid Number
- Transaction Date
- Payment Amount
- Payment Type
- Card or Check Number
- Transaction ID (for credit card payments)
💡 Good to Know: This option displays every payment transaction recorded for your event, including credit card, check, and other payment types.
Select Date Range
The report includes:
- Bidder Name

Use the Report
Use this report to:
- Verify payment transactions processed during your event.
- Confirm credit card, check, and other payment types.
- Reconcile transactions with your merchant deposits.
- Research individual payment transactions.
- Verify transaction dates and payment amounts.
- Confirm Transaction IDs when researching credit card payments.
💡 Good to Know: This report is commonly used to verify successful payment processing and reconcile deposits with your merchant account or bank statement.
Print or Export the Report
After generating the report, you can choose to:
- Download PDF
- Download Excel
💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting, filtering, and reconciling payment transactions. The PDF version is ideal for printing, saving, or sharing transaction records.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
