Pending Payments Report

The Pending Payments report provides a summary of all scheduled and outstanding payments that have not yet been completed. Use this report to monitor pending payments, identify overdue payments, and follow up with guests before or after your event. This report opens directly in the PDF viewer. There are no report options before it opens.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports > Financial Reports > Pending Payments.



Review the Report

The report includes:

    • Bidder Name
    • Bid Number
    • Payment Method
    • Pending Payment Amount
    • Reminder Date
    • Scheduled / Expected Payment Date
    • Payment Status
    • Notes
    • Report generation date and time
    • Total number of pending payments
    • Total pending payment amount

💡 Good to Know: The report displays the date and time it was generated, allowing you to verify that you are reviewing the most current pending payment information.

Use the Report

Use this report to:

    • Review all pending payments for your event.
    • Identify overdue payments that require follow-up.
    • Monitor scheduled payment dates.
    • Verify expected payment methods.
    • Contact guests with outstanding balances.
    • Track manual charges, automatic charges, and pending check payments.
    • Monitor the total amount of outstanding pending payments.

💡 Good to Know: Reminder dates displayed in red indicate overdue payments that require attention.


After generating the report, you can choose to:

  • Download PDF
  • Download Excel
  • Print

💡 Good to Know: The spreadsheet version is useful for sorting, filtering, and tracking pending payments. The PDF version is ideal for printing, sharing, or reviewing outstanding payment activity.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
