Contributions by Team Report

The Contributions by Team report provides a breakdown of donations, sales, auction winnings, and total contributions for each golf team and golfer. Use this report to evaluate team participation, compare fundraising performance, and review the overall contributions made during your golf event. This report opens directly in the PDF viewer. There are no report options before it opens.

💡 Good to Know: This report is only available when the Golf module has been enabled for your event.

Review the Report

The report includes:

Team Name
Golfer Name
Donation Total
Sales Total
Auction Wins
Individual Total Contributions
Team Total Contributions
Unassigned Golfers
Grand Total Number of Golfers
Grand Total Contributions

💡 Good to Know: Golfers who have not been assigned to a team are included in the report and display their individual contribution totals.

Use this report to:

Compare fundraising performance between golf teams.
Review each golfer's contributions.
Analyze donations, sales, and auction winnings by team.
Identify top-performing teams and golfers.
Review contributions from golfers who are not assigned to a team.
Verify overall golf fundraising totals.
Analyze team fundraising performance after your event.

💡 Good to Know: This report is similar to the Contributions by Table report but is designed specifically for golf events and team-based fundraising.

After generating the report, you can choose to:

How to Print This Guide
