Watching the LiveStream Event while Bidding and Donating
First, make sure you are logged in to the site. The REGISTER button should be available in the top right corner. If you are participating in a ticketed event, you should have received your personal login link via text or email. If you have not yet purchased tickets, look for the TICKETS & SPONSORSHIPS button on the homepage. Contact the host of your fundraiser for assistance with tickets or registration (contact information can be found on the homepage by clicking on CONTACT.)

Once you have logged in to the site simply click on the LIVE tab, this is the last tab across the top.
On this tab, you will see:
1. The Livestream box will display the streaming video. It will be coming from YouTube, Vimeo, or FaceBook.
2. Chat Box, which will allow you to contribute, as long as you have an account with the streaming source (YouTube, Vimeo, FaceBook, etc.). To use chat, please make sure you are logged into this on your device. A different screen is okay, it just needs to recognize you to allow you to post. Note: chat is only available on desktop and will not work on mobile devices.
**If you do not see the chat box, the organization hosting the event may have decided not to include this feature.
3. The space below the video will be used for Bidding and Donating! If you don’t see an item, wait until one appears. These will be changed as the event progresses.
a. Auction Items: when an item is featured for bidding, you will see it on the screen in this space and you can bid right from here without leaving the video. If on mobile, you can view the item description by clicking the description button. You will be able to view the leading bidder, the current bid amount, bid history, and place bids. Click the Bid Now button to place a bid. **Reminder, you will need to be logged in to bid and if you do not have a credit card on file you will be prompted to add a card if you try to bid. Pro tip: Add your card before the event begins so you are ready for bidding!
b. Donation Options: As donation levels are introduced, they will be available on the screen. You will see the amount, and be able to select how you would like your donation to be recognized (use the 3rd box to type in your family name, business, or post in honor/memory of someone). Click submit and you will receive a thank you message indicating your donation was successful.
**If at any time you would like to go back to the homepage for the event, just click on the back button in the top left corner.
