Entering Bids for Guests via Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode allows staff, volunteers, or guests to place bids using a shared bidding station. This is especially helpful for guests who do not have a mobile device, have a low battery, or prefer assistance placing bids.
💡 Good to Know: Kiosk Mode can be used by volunteers entering bids for guests or by guests using a dedicated bidding station themselves.
Select an Auction Item

- Go to the Auction Items tab
- Locate the item you would like to bid on
- Click on the item to open the bidding screen
Enter Bid Information

- Enter the guest's Bid Number
- Select the bid amount:
- Click Bid Now to use the current bid amount
- Or click the dropdown arrow to select a higher bid amount
💡 Good to Know: The available bid amounts are based on the bid increments configured for the item.
Confirm the Bid

- Verify the bidder information is correct
- Review the bid amount
- Click Submit Bid
⚠️ Important: Always confirm the bid number before submitting to ensure the bid is placed on the correct guest record.
Using Kiosk Stations at Your Event
- Place laptops or tablets throughout the auction area
- Allow guests to browse items and enter bids
- Volunteers can assist guests who need help bidding
💡 Good to Know: Kiosk stations are a great option for guests who did not register for mobile bidding or are less comfortable using technology.
