Creating Tables
Using the Dashboard menu select Event Resources
- Choose Table Seating Report
2. Choose which Report you want to print
a. Table Occupancy Report: will show a list of all tables, displaying total seat at table, seat occupied and seats available.
b. Guest Seating Report by Table: Displays all guests, broken out into their corresponding table grouping, and also displays bid number and entree. At the top of the report there is a section for guests that are ticketed for the event but unseated to a table.
c. Seating Report by Guest Name: Is a list of all guests, sorted by last name, and includes bid number, table assignment, and entree selected.
Selecting Print will open the file in a new window for you to print or save as a pdf.
