Table Seating
Creating Tables
To be able to assign seats to your guests for your event you will first need to create tables, there are 2 ways to do this:
- Via Table Seating: You can create one table or multiple tables at a time by Using the Dashboard menu and selecting Table Seating
- Click on Add single Tables
- In the Add Table popup enter Table #, Table Name and Amount of Guests to be seated at the table.
- Make sure to click Save
- Click on Add Multiple Tables
- Enter Number of tables to create
- Enter Number of seats at each table
- Remember to click Save
- Guest and Registered Bidders Page **You can only add tables here, any editing must be done in the Table Seating tab.
- Using the the Dashboard menu select Guest and Registered Bidders
- Find the guest you wish to seat at a table
- Click on the dropdown for table #
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Add Table

In the Add Table popup enter Table #, Table Name and Amount of Guests to be seated at the table.
b. To add several generic tables at once:
Editing Tables
Using the the Dashboard menu select Table Seating
- Choose the Table you wish to edit
- Click on the pencil to edit. (editing will happen on the left side of the page)
- Enter Table #
- Enter Table Name
- Enter Table Seats
- Update
Seating Guests at Tables
There are 3 ways to seat guests at the tables
- Via the Guest Record under the Dashboard All Constituents Tab (Example 1) or the Guests and Registered Bidder Tab (Example 2)
- Find the guest you wish to seat at the table and click on the edit pencil to the right

- In the guest record, click on the down arrow for table name.
- Find the table and update. If removing the guest from the table- and not adding them to a new table- highlight 'Select Table' and this will return them to no table assignment.
2. Via the Guests and Registered Bidders Tab Table
- Under the Dashboard, Guests and Registered Bidders Tab
- Find the guest
- To see all guests of a sponsor or table purchaser, sort the list by Paid By and you can then easily seat them all at once.
- Click down arrow Under Table#, choose the table where you would like to seat them.
- When you click out/have selected a table you will see "update successful" on top right of your screen.
3. Via the Table Seating under Manage Users
- Click on the Icon to the table you want to select
- Click on the X next to the name you want to remove
- Confirm the Deletion of the Guest from that table
- Click on Add Guest
- Select from existing Guests or create a new Guest.
Viewing Guests at Table
There are 2 ways to view the guests at the tables
- Via the Dashboard Guests and Registered Bidders Tab Table
- Enter the Table # you wish to view in the search field
- It will sort and find by the table number you entered
- Via the Dashboard Menu, click on Table Seating
- Find the Table # or Table Name
- Click on View
***Tip: Clicking on the blue guests' link brings you directly to the guest record.
