Donation Portal
Donation portals are standalone sites that only take donations. They are for every day giving and year-round donation campaigns. You can use this as a standalone webpage or link to it from a button on your website.
Dashboard
Inside your Admin Dashboard you will need to setup the specifics for your donation page by first visiting General Settings and Settings & Donations Levels.
The General Settings menu includes organization information and basic design settings. Enter your organization information and logo (150px x 150px, learn more about acceptable file formats here: ). Organization information (Contact details, tax ID and filing status) and logos are shown at the bottom of your donation portal and included on the PDF receipt sent to donors.as it will show on the donor's receipts. The design settings allow you to customize your donation page to match your organization's branding. You also have an option to add a fee to help offset the cost of the credit card processing.
Donations
1. Setting & Donation Levels Tab
Settings & Donation Levels:
- Title: This will show at the top of your Donation page.
- Donation Appeal: This is where you will share your mission and describe you appeal or ask for donations. This message should convey the message to your donors about your needs and how you plan to use the funds. The rich text box should help by allowing you to include text, images, or video.
**Remember to always click Save.

- Donation level Name: This name shows on the donor receipt.
- Amount: This is the dollar amount of the level.
- Donation Level List: This shows you all the levels you have entered. **From here you can Edit or delete any level you choose.
**Remember to click Save.
The second submenu is Advanced Settings. Here you can create specific funs for your donors to choose from to give them options for how they'd like their donation to be used. If you're not using the fund options, you can toggle this feature off. You can also set donations to be matched; with options for dollar for dollar, total amount, or a specified donation level. If you're credit card processing account is open year round you can even give your donors an option for automatic recurring donations.
All Payment Transaction History
The All Payment Transaction History is similar to your Donations Pledged menu in that you can see all of the donations that have gone through your site, but it adds the ability to the payment type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and show the last four of the card number used.

Admin Users

Notifications
In this section you can choose the email notifications you will receive. In order to receive these copies of purchases you will need to make sure you have your logo uploaded under your general settings. Email notifications will be sent to the Owner account of your organization only.
Donation Options
Donors now have the option to make a donation a tribute. A drop down let them choose how they'd like the tribute to be notated. This feature can be turned off in the Settings & Donatoins
Your donors may also make their donations anonymously if they choose. Clicking on the checkbox will allow them to contribute while staying anonymous.
