Replace/Transfer a Ticket to New Guest

In some cases, a new guest may need to replace an original guest before or during check-in. This process allows you to transfer the ticket to a new guest directly within the system.


💡 Good to Know

  • This process will move the ticket, bid number, table assignment, and meal choice to the new guest
  • The purchase and payment remain under the original purchaser

Replace a Guest

  1. Go to Guests & Bidders
  2. Search for the guest you want to replace
  3. Click the ticket icon next to their name

Enter New Guest Information

  1. Enter the new guest’s:
    • First Name (required)
    • Last Name (required)
  2. Email and mobile number are optional

Complete the Process

After entering the new guest information, choose one:

  1. Continue to Check-In: Opens the check-in screen to complete the process
  2. Submit: Saves the change and returns to the Guests & Bidders page

💡 Good to Know: No bids or purchases will be lost or changed during this process


⚠️ Important

If the original guest was an online bidder:

  • Their bid number will be transferred to the new guest
  • You should assign a new bid number to the original guest

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
