Donor Activity by Bid Number

The Donor Activity by Bid Number report provides a detailed summary of donor activity for your event. You can generate the report as either an Excel worksheet or a PDF, filter which donors to include, and choose the types of activity to display.

💡 Good to Know: This report can be found under Reports → Guest Reports → Donor Activity by Bid Number.


In the Donor Activity by Bid Number Popup

Use the popup to customize the report before generating it.

1. Choose the Report Format

Select the format you would like to generate:

    • Excel Worksheet
    • PDF Report

💡 Good to Know: The Excel version is ideal for sorting, filtering, and analyzing donor activity, while the PDF version provides a printer-friendly report.


2. Filter the Donors

Use the Filter drop-down to choose which donors to include in the report.

Available options include:

    • All Donors
    • Specific Donor
    • All with Balances Due
    • All Paid in Full

💡 Good to Know: Selecting Specific Donor allows you to generate the report for a single donor, while the other options provide filtered reports based on payment status.


3. Select the Activity Types

Choose which donor activities you would like included in the report.

Available activity types include:

    • Ticket Purchases
    • Sponsorship Purchases
    • Auction Wins
    • Donations
    • Item Purchases

💡 Good to Know: You must select at least one activity type before generating the report. You can select multiple activity types to create a more comprehensive report.

4. Generate the Report

Click Print to generate the report.

After the report opens, you can:

    • Download as PDF
    • Print the report

💡 Good to Know: This report provides a convenient way to review a donor's overall event activity, including ticket purchases, sponsorships, auction purchases, donations, and item purchases.

⚠️ Important: For the most accurate results, merge any duplicate donor records before running this report. Duplicate donor records can cause donor activity to appear on multiple records instead of being combined into a single report.

How to Print This Guide

  1. Right-click on the image of the guide
  2. Select Save Image As…
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the saved image
  5. Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)

💡 Good to Know

For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
