Setting Guest Bid Numbers

• Clearing All Bid Numbers       
• Assign All Bid Numbers         
• Only Assign Bid Numbers to Ticketed Guests         
• Separate Out Online Only Bidders (Non-Ticketed)

***You can use this feature to assign or reassign bid numbers to your guests at any time.

Using your Admin or Owner login, click on  Guests & Registered Bidders from the dashboard menu.  Once in the page choose the Guest & Registered Bidders tab.  You will now see the Set all Bid Numbers button on the top right hand side, when you click this button all of the Bid number options mentioned below will be available in that popup.

Clearing All Bid Numbers: Before you are able to set your bid numbers you must first make sure that all bid numbers have been cleared.

To do this:
1.  Select Set Bid Numbers
2.  Click on Clear all Bid Numbers
3.  Click on “Submit” Button
4.  Confirm you want to delete numbers.  
“Reset bid numbers successfully” message will appear on top right in green when done

Assigning Bid Numbers:  There are three ways you can assign bid numbers: Assign Bid Numbers, Only Assign Bid Numbers to Ticketed Guests or Separate Out Online Only Bidders(Non-Ticketed)

1. Assign Bid Numbers: Assigns same range of bid numbers to all ticketed and Online Guests

a. Select Assign Bid Numbers
b. Assign Starting Bid Number
c. Click on “Submit” Button
“Set Bid Numbers Successfully” Message will appear in Green on top right of your screen.

2. Only Assign Bid Numbers to Ticketed Guests:  Assigns Bid Numbers to all Ticketed guests and no bid numbers to Online Guests.

a.  Select Assign Bid Numbers
b.  Assign Starting Bid Number
c.  Check Box - Only Assign Bid Numbers to Ticketed Guests
d.  Click on “Submit” Button
“Set Bid Numbers Successfully” Message will appear in Green on top right of your screen.

3. Separate Out Online Only Bidders(Non-Ticketed): Assigns different ranges of Bid numbers for your Ticketed Guests and Online Guests.

a  Select Assign Bid Numbers
b.  Assign Starting Bid Number for Ticketed Guests
c.  Check Box - Separate Out Online Bidders(Non-Ticketed)
d.  Assign Starting Bid Number for Online Guests
e.  Click on “Submit” Button
“Set Bid Numbers Successfully” Message will appear in Green on top right of your screen.
