Guest Labels
Guest Labels allow you to print labels for bid paddles, bidder cards, guest packets, and other event materials. Customize the label format and information displayed to best fit your event needs.

In the Guest Labels Popup
The Guest Labels popup includes two label options:
- Guest Information Labels
- Bidding Labels
Guest Information Labels
Guest Information Labels are commonly used for bid paddles, guest packets, and check-in materials.

- Select Guest Information Labels.
- Select formatting for names:
- First Name Last Name
- Last Name, First Name
- Text Alignment:
- Left
- Center
- Right
- Font Size:
- 8 (Default)
- 10
- Select Combine Couples on One Label if you would like couples on one label.
- Select Guest information to include:
- Bid Number
- Table Name
- Table Number
- RSVP Level
- Entrée
- (Optional) Select Bold to make the selected information bold.
- Choose the sort order:
- Bid Number
- Last Name
- Click Print.
💡 Good to Know: Guest names are always printed in bold. These labels are formatted for Avery 5160 label sheets.
Bidding Labels
Bidding Labels provide an easy-to-read alternative to handwritten bidder numbers on bid sheets.

- Select Bidding Labels.
- Choose who to print labels for:
- All Ticketed Bidders
- A Specific Bidder
- Choose the label content:
- Bid Number Only
- Bid Number and Guest Name
- If using shared bid numbers, choose whether to print:
- One Sheet Per Couple
- One Sheet Per Person of the couple
- Select the name format:
- First Name Last Name
- Last Name, First Name
- Choose the sort order:
- Bid Number
- Last Name
- Click Print.
💡 Good to Know: Bidding Labels are formatted for Avery 5167 (or compatible 4-wide, 80-per-sheet) label sheets and are ideal for replacing handwritten bidder labels.
Print Labels
After generating either label type, you can:
- Preview the labels before printing.
- Print directly from the preview window.
⚠️ Important: Make sure your printer is set to Scale: Default to ensure the labels align correctly on Avery label sheets.

How to Print This Guide
- Right-click on the image of the guide
- Select Save Image As…
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the saved image
- Click Print (or use Ctrl + P / Command + P)
💡 Good to Know
For best results, print using Full Page or Fit to Page settings to ensure proper sizing and clarity.
