Advanced Ticket Settings

The second step to setting up your ticketing page is the advanced settings. To do this click on Ticket Settings in the Dashboard menu and then on Guest Options.  This article will review your Guest Options tab. If you have not done the first step click here General Ticket Settings.


Guest Options:

Remove Donations Option Toggle:  You can toggle off the option for donations to be made on your ticketing page by toggling this option off, Remove Donations Option on Ticketing Page. Once toggled off, you will no longer see the option to Make a Donation on your ticketing page.

Do not save credit cards Option Toggle: You can toggle off the option for saving the purchaser's credit card information for the night of event. Once toggled off, your purchaser's credit card information will not longer be saved on file for future purchases.

Do not request spouse/partner link Option Toggle: You can toggle off the option for asking your purchaser if they or their guests would like to be linked together as a couple and share bid numbers. Once toggled off your purchaser will not be asked this question for any of their guests.

**When the toggle is to the right and the background is darkened the toggle is on.


 1. Customize Ticketing Option Titles: You can customize these to make it reflect what your guests are familiar with.

    1. Change Reservations Section to display: Use this text field to enter the name you would like on your "Reservations" section to be titled.  
    2. Change Sponsorships Section to display: Use this text field to enter the name you would like on your "Sponsorships" section to be titled.  

**These are limited to 30 characters.

  1. Guest Information requested at ticketing: This is the information that you would like gathered at the time of ticket purchase.  

**Remember if you are Requiring any of these you will be removing the TBD feature for guests as it will then require that information for all ticket holders.

3.  Custom Registration Question/Statement:  (This is optional)  You can use this section to set up questions you would like to ask your guest at the time of Ticket Purchase.

a. Question #1 box: Type the question you would like to ask your guest.  

b. Answer Type:

-Text Box: will include a text box for a custom entry

-Multiple Choice: They will choose from the options you provide

**If you select this, you will be required to add options for the guest to choose from.  

Type in the answer option then click tab or enter to add it as a choice.  

Repeat as many times as needed to complete your list.

-Check box: Check the box for a choice you have given.

c. Answer Required: Checking this box will make answering this question required before going on to complete purchase. **Making this required will be removing the TBD feature

d. Add New: Click here to add more questions. Repeat the last steps for each question you would like to add.

***If you need to remove a question simply click on the delete button.

  1.   Entrée Options: By adding choices here, you will allow your guest to choose from a list the Entrée of their choice. Once you have created Entree options you will be able to select what level they are offered at when creating the levels on the Reservation & Sponsorship levels page.

    a. Add New: First click on the add New button

    b. Entrée Name: Enter the name of the dish you are offering 

    c. Entrée Description: Enter a description of the dish

(optional- your guest will see the description when choosing)

***Remember to click Save. If you need to delete a choice or make an edit to an entree simply click on the pencil or trash can.

**Remember to always click "SAVE" when making changes.
